In 2019, we took over the restaurant, driven by a genuine love for this 16th-century winemaker's house. It was impossible to remain indifferent to the charm of the old stones, the ancient beams, and the unique soul of this building.
Several phases of work were necessary to bring it back to life, to highlight its history, while transforming it into a simple, warm place, resolutely focused on welcoming and the pleasure of sharing.
Today, the restaurant is rooted in this balance: sincere cuisine, a friendly atmosphere, and a passionate team.
At reception and in the dining room, you'll find Didier and Amélie, father and daughter, who work together naturally and harmoniously. Their priority? To welcome you with good cheer, attentive and unpretentious service, but always with a smile.
In the kitchen, Antide and Solène make a complementary team. Their cuisine is homemade, generous, and seasonal. Each dish is carefully considered, starting with raw ingredients, prepared with passion and precision. Their goal: simple, but delicious. Always delicious.
In the cellar, Fabienne welcomes you with a refreshing drink or a hot beverage. Attentive and full of humor, she creates a unique atmosphere, conducive to relaxation, conversation, and conviviality.
Here, there are no set formulas: we like to take our time, cook with heart, and make every visit a pleasant moment.
