OUR MAIN PRODUCERS
The Barraques family farm, the only remaining producer of raw milk Langres cheese in the world, is located in Genevrières, Haute-Marne. This farm is run by a family deeply attached to their land, passing on their passion from generation to generation. Since 1996, they have been producing Langres cheese under the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).

Magali is an organic beekeeper based in Champlitte.
She manages the Les Belles Ouvrières beekeeping operation, founded in 2017 after several years of family beekeeping. Her operation is certified organic by Ecocert and carries the French Royal Jelly (GRF) label.
